At House of Scholars, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our various services.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues you may encounter.

2. 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or session credit
  • 6-24 hours notice: 50% refund or session credit
  • Less than 6 hours: No refund, but session credit may be provided at instructor's discretion

Quality Guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied with your session quality, request a review within 48 hours
  • We'll provide a replacement session with a different instructor within 24 hours or provide a full refund
  • Technical issues on our end will result in automatic session credit or refund

3. CV Review Services

Refund Conditions

  • Before review begins: 100% refund within 2 hours of payment
  • Unsatisfactory review: Free revision or 50% refund if not satisfied with feedback quality
  • Delayed delivery: 25% discount if delivered more than 48 hours late

  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

Processing Timeline

Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original source of payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 2-3 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days
  • Processing may take longer during bank holidays or technical issues
